At Jubilee Surgery we offer a range of services with both Doctors, Nurses and our Health Care Assistant.
This system has been introduced to improve management of our demand and capacity for appointments and ensure that patients see the most appropriate health care professional.
If you have any queries regarding the new system please contact one of the reception team.

Do you have a child who is ill?
Healthier together is a new website and app developed by local healthcare professionals to help you decide where to find advice or treatment.
Find it online at : Healthiertogetherwessex.nhs.uk
The website will help you identify your child's symptoms and advise you of the best way to help.
In line with the changes to the appointments we are offering more appointment slots to be booked online by patients. Over 50% of patients now use the online booking option.
If you wish to make appointments online, you will need to register for this service. Please ask at reception for a registration form. Please note that we cannot issue registration forms to anyone other than the patient for confidentiality reasons (except to parents/guardians of a child under the age of 14).
We have the facility to send you a reminder about a clinic appointment via a text message to your mobile telephone. If you wish to participate in this service please complete an application form available from reception.
The text reminder also gives you the option to cancel the appointment if you are no longer able to make it. This is by a text to the number in the reminder. You do not need to contact the surgery as the system will automatically be updated and your appointment cancelled. This will help reduce the number of calls to the surgery, and save you time.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
