If you are confronted by a serious problem such as severe chest pain or severe bleeding, call an ambulance (telephone 999) before calling the surgery and informing the doctor.

Jubilee Surgery is not a walk-in clinic for minor injuries or illness.

If you arrive at the surgery in such circumstances you may be advised to attend the Accident & Emergency Unit at Queen Alexandra Hospital, or the Minor Injuries Unit at Gosport War Memorial Hospital.  

Please note that any head injuries must go to Queen Alexandra Hospital.  

Eye casualties must phone 02392 286000 (bleep 1027) before going to the hospital.
