The Practice Management team are here to ensure the smooth running of the practice and to ensure a high standard of care is delivered to its patients. The Management team support the GP’s and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and developing extended services to enhance patient care. The Business Manager looks after the premises, finance, development of services and strategic planning to ensure the secure future of the surgery; our Business Manager is also the Business Development Lead for Sovereign Health Network. The Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day running of the practice which includes, making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, patient safety, equipment and information technology.

Care Navigators provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query. Care Navigators make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses. They also perform other important tasks such as issuing repeat prescriptions and dealing with prescription enquiries, dealing with financial claims, dealing with patient records and carrying out searches and practice audits.
We have a team of administrators, secretaries and prescription clerks who provide support to our clinical team in maintaining patient records and requests.
